My Signature Employee Down Payment Assistance Program

One of the most challenging parts of running a business is employee turn-over and satisfaction. Luckily, home ownership has been shown to significantly improve outcomes in these areas.

In order to support my business owner clients, I have created “Gateway To Home,” a down payment assistance program for the employees of my clients. This program was created to be an employee perk that has zero, or subsidized, cost to employers.

Young entrepreneurs can win up to $500 with my “Youth in Business Grant.”

Applications Availible

May 1, 2023

Applications consist of submitting a business plan for a business, a letter of recommendation, and parent consent. Applicants must under 18 years old by July 1, 2024.

My preferred vendor list is given to all Gateway clients to act as a homeowner resource. We only feature vetted local business who have a reputation of being fair. Think your business has what it takes to be one of my preferred vendors?
